Issue: I'm on the Login page (https://user.namedrop.io/login) and am trying to login but not receiving the Login Code email 


There are few reason why you may not be receiving the Login Code

1The Login Code email is going to SpamPlease check the Spam / Junk folder of your email. Please mark it as Not Spam in case you see it there
2You currently do not have a NameDrop account associated with that email addressPlease sign-up for an account at: https://user.namedrop.io/signup
3The email address you are entering is different than your NameDrop account email addressEasiest way to find out what email you used, is to look for an email with subject, "Welcome to NameDrop" in your various email addresses.

Note: If you can't find the email but are you sure you have a NameDrop account, please create a ticket here - New Support Ticket, and describe the issue, include your NameDrop profile link and enter your email address

The email address associated my account right now has a typo or is incorrect
Please create a support ticket, New Support Ticket

Be sure to include the current and new email address and reason for change.
