Issue: I'm on the Login page (https://user.namedrop.io/login) and am trying to login but not receiving the Login Code email
There are few reason why you may not be receiving the Login Code

1 | The Login Code email is going to Spam | Please check the Spam / Junk folder of your email. Please mark it as Not Spam in case you see it there |
2 | You currently do not have a NameDrop account associated with that email address | Please sign-up for an account at: https://user.namedrop.io/signup |
3 | The email address you are entering is different than your NameDrop account email address | Easiest way to find out what email you used, is to look for an email with subject, "Welcome to NameDrop" in your various email addresses. Note: If you can't find the email but are you sure you have a NameDrop account, please create a ticket here - New Support Ticket, and describe the issue, include your NameDrop profile link and enter your email address |
4 | The email address associated my account right now has a typo or is incorrect | Please create a support ticket, New Support Ticket. Be sure to include the current and new email address and reason for change. |
